CareLight LLC warrants this device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from shipment date for products for home use exclusively or for a period of one year from shipment date for products for clinical or business use.

How long is the turnaround time for servicing my CareLight equipment?
3-5 business days once we receive it in our facility. Please keep in mind this does not include your shipping days to and from CareLight.
How much will it cost to repair my CareLight equipment?
- Warranty repairs (US dollars): Any controller or pad $0 + shipping and handling
- Non-Warranty repairs (US dollars) per item + shipping and handling:

We recommend using a service that will provide tracking. FedEx or UPS are the most reliable. If you don't have a box or packing material, you may go to a FedEx or UPS store and they can pack it up for you.
What happens next?
Upon receipt of your device needing repair, CareLight will send a replacement or 100% refurbished unit to you the next day if available. If a replacement isn't available, repair turn-around time will be approximately 2 days after receipt of the defective product.
CareLight strives for only the best quality therefore we do all repairs in-house in our Schaumburg, Illinois ISO 13485 certified manufacturing facility.
